3. Firebase / Google

Your training data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Firestore and associated Google Cloud services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your training records for the duration of your organization's subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to support compliance reporting.
If your organization terminates its subscription, your account data may be deleted after a notice period. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
5. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may affect your ability to use certain features of the Platform.
