1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LibertyHail Training platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including employees, contractors, and administrators who access or use the Platform on behalf of an organization.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by LibertyHail at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify LibertyHail of any unauthorized use of your account. LibertyHail reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms.

Each user account is intended for a single individual. Sharing accounts or credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Training Content

All training modules, videos, quizzes, assessments, and related materials ("Training Content") are provided for educational purposes within the scope of your organization's subscription. Training Content is confidential and proprietary. You may not distribute, share, reproduce, or make Training Content available to anyone outside your authorized organization.

Training progress, quiz scores, and completion status are tracked and may be reported to your organization's administrators for compliance purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all Training Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, digital downloads, and software, are the property of LibertyHail or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by use of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LibertyHail, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. LibertyHail shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or computer damage arising from use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
